Private one-to-one lessons can massively help your surfing development at all ability levels. For those who are experienced surfers we can tailor the session specifically to the requirements of the individual. Specific advanced skills can be identified and progressed in one session such as catching and riding unbroken waves, advanced pop ups, positioning and reading the line up etc. With a one-to-one session you get the full undivided attention of the instructor who can asses and analyse each and every wave you catch. Further tips and information can also be provided once the session is over for exercises and practice at home or future sessions without tuition.
If you are new to surfing and feel you need some additional confidence to give the sport a go, a private session will hugely beneficial. The instructor will take you through all the basics and the safety information on the beach before going in the sea. The water based session will progress at whatever rate you feel comfortable and before you know it you’ll be up on your feet in no time.

When booking multiple private sessions please schedule the desired time and date of your first session.
Once your booking has been completed you will then be able to schedule further session through your online account. Login details will be automatically sent to you in your confirmation email. This will have all the information on further times, dates, availability and everything you need.
**Please turn up for your lesson 20 minutes before scheduled time of lesson to allow plenty of time to get into wetsuits and down onto the beach in good time.
All equipment required for surfing is included in your lesson or course price. This includes a board, wetsuit. We can also provide boots and gloves depending on the time of year. Depending on your previous surfing experience and conditions, we have a variety of boards for you to use. Typically if you are a beginner, we will give you a soft foam board as they are more forgiving, buoyant and easier to catch waves on. If you are a more advanced surfer, we can provide other surfboards, depending on your style and desired goals.
